The day concludes with a Community Sing, led by Lisa Graham. The Community Sing repertoire includes excerpts from Mendelssohn's Elijah, Britten's Choruses from Glorianna, and Ralph Vaughan Williams's Towards the Unknown Region. PVS Summer Sings are open community events, each led by a different conductor, who conduct a sing-and-play-through after taking a little time to workshop tricky sections. Singers don’t need to have performed the work before, but will probably get the most out of the experience if they can sight-read adequately or are familiar with the work.
