Reporting to the Artistic Director, the Conductor will audition and train choristers and assist in planning programs and performances. Administrative duties include attending staff meetings, meeting with parents about students’ progress, and submitting a monthly report to the Artistic Director. The Conductor should be prepared to substitute for other artistic staff in the event of emergency. Rehearsals are on Mondays from September to June. There is a required summer workshop week in August.

Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 experience in both choral conducting and working with children. Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred. Piano skills sufficient to support rehearsals are required.
